“Dad’s Dream,” a short film that will focus on a family abuse and generational repercussions, is seeking actors for lead roles.
Male actors, aged 30–70, are wanted to play the roles of James and his abusive father, who will be portrayed as a ghost.
There is also a role for a young male actor, aged 8–12, to play the younger version of James, an innocent child who is questioning a father he is afraid of.
The short will rehearse for two days during the first week of September and will shoot from Sept. 9–14 in the Northeast United States. Pay will be provided for each role, with travel and meals also provided.
