It’s time for your young actor to schedule their next gig: a lead role in a short film.
“Playdate,” an ultra-low budget short film, will follow a boy and a girl who find themselves stuck on a playground with no electronic devices and must rediscover how to play using their imaginations.
Two child actors, one male and one female, both aged 9–12, are sought to play the lead roles in the film.
“Playdate” will shoot on a Saturday and Sunday in April in Glendale, California, exact dates TBD. A preliminary two-hour rehearsal will also be scheduled based on actor availability. A parent or legal guardian must be present for all rehearsals and shoot dates.
Talent will be paid a $125 stipend, with copy, credit, and meals provided.
